In 2010 I traded in stilettos and stock markets for rubber boots, chickens, homegrown tomatoes and rows upon rows of the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen. And together with my husband Adam, we are raising our 2 boys on our 2nd generation farm here in Southwestern Saskatchewan.

While I have been growing zinnias since I was 4 years old alongside my Dad, my passion for flowers truly exploded in 2017 when Whistling Prairie Flowers became more than just a dream. I quickly converted an acre of our yard into a flower farm that produces everything from the most fragrant sweet peas and peonies in the Spring to my beloved sunflowers and dahlias in the Fall.

Over the last few years, my passion for sourcing & growing unique and hard to find varieties has opened up new possibilities for us here at WPF. Our focus now is predominantly on finding ways to not only inspire but provide unique & hard to find floral varieties to Canadian gardeners.
