Delicate, airy, and unlike any other allium we’ve grown, Chameleon is truly a little marvel in the late spring garden. Loose clusters of star-shaped florets emerge in the softest blush pink before gradually fading to creamy white, often displaying both colours at once. The result is a beautifully ever-changing display that seems to transform a little more each day.
Unlike the large globe alliums, Chameleon has a wonderfully natural, cottage garden character. Its relaxed flower heads sway gently above slender stems, weaving effortlessly through perennial borders and adding movement to bouquets. Bees and other pollinators absolutely adore it, making it as beneficial as it is beautiful.
Plant it amongst foxgloves, peonies, hardy geraniums, or ornamental grasses for a garden that feels timeless, romantic, and alive with pollinators.
